DECISION SUPPORT TOOL DEVELOPMENT

Discovery -

Through stakeholder mapping, we convened a Technical Advisory Team (TAT) to create the decision support tool.

Based on a series of semi-structured interviews with TAT members, we uncovered key insights around green infrastructure implementation, key needs of users and possible use cases for the tool.
